🌟 Why I Stopped Making New Year’s Resolutions 🌟

I used to set BIG New Year’s resolutions every January—things like “never eating sugar again.” Spoiler alert: they never lasted. (Hello, birthday cake at my son’s January party! 🎂😂) When I couldn’t follow through 100%, I’d end up feeling like a failure.

So, I love this idea of setting intentions instead. This approach feels so much more meaningful and forgiving. With life feeling chaotic, my 2025 intention is simple: slow down or I will miss all those those moments of joy between the chaos.

That's why I'm excited to attend this class that is co-hosted by Dalset Wines, Attuned to You Yoga, and Red Mountain Trails. It blends yoga, meditation, and candle-making—a perfect way to care for my body and mind while creating something that keeps my intention front and center all year long. 🕯️✨
