Welcome to the Outstanding PSU Game Day Condo rental! The condo contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a full sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a full sized bed. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Condo comes with free parking, wifi, towels, sheets, blankets, linens, paper products and toiletries. Renter may also use any food and cooking products available.
This beautiful condo was remodeled in August of 2019 and has an entirely brand new interior, including new flooring, freshly painted walls and trim, new kitchen including cabinets, appliances and lighting, new bathrooms, and includes a wonderful balcony for outdoor eating and entertaining. This condo is fresh, modern, airy and bright with tons of natural light!
This lovely condo is pristine, impeccably maintained and clean. It is pet free and smoke free and professionally cleaned before and after every visit. We guarantee cleanliness of the unit and all of the contents so you can relax and enjoy your time at PSU!
Game prices are as follows:
September 6-8th Buffalo, $950/night w 2 night min, $1200/night for 1 night. This particular game is priced less because the unit will have 1.5 bathrooms as one shower will not be usable as it is being tiled.
September 13-15 Pitt, 1200/night w/ a 2 night minimum, or $1500 for one night.
October 4-6 Purdue BOOKED
October 11-13 Parents Weekend $600/night w/ 2 night minimum or $850 for one night.
October 18-20 Michigan, 1200/night w a 2 night minimum
November 15-17 Indiana PENDING
November 29-Dec 1 Rutgers, 950/night w a 2 night minimum. Additional days available if you’d like to celebrate Thanksgiving in State College!
We can also accommodate other visits to PSU! Would you like to come visit for your student’s birthday or other event? We can help! Message us for availability and we will make every effort to accommodate! Non-football weekends or weekdays run between $400-$600 per night with no minimum stay.
