This photo was taken as we were waiting for the Disney Junior Dance Party to begin! We got to dance along with Doc McStuffins, Vampirina, Timon and Mickey Mouse himself! It was fun for my little kid but it was also fun for this big kid, haha.

Any Elena of Avalor fans out there? Cora was thrilled to meet Princess Elena. And she was SO good with Cora! She sat down next to her on the rug and just played with her and gave her the sweetest hugs. It was a truly magical moment. One of the highlights of our last trip.

It's finally been feeling like Fall over here in East Texas and this weather is making me crave all the pumpkin-spiced things. BUT, especially this pumpkin spiced macaron ice cream sandwich from the French Pavilion at Epcot. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

The last time we were at Disney's Animal Kingdom we got up close and personal with this HILARIOUS giraffe. She poked her head right onto our tour bus and was trying to nibble anything that looked even remotely edible. We ended up having to stop our Kilimanjaro Safari tour for about ten minutes until she decided she was through with us. Our tour guide handled it with humor and grace and it was the highlight of our day at Animal Kingdom. That's a memory I will always cherish!
