Did you know beginning on January 8, 2025, all U.S. passport holders will be required to have a valid ETA to enter or transit through the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. This applies even if just transitioning through.

The new requirement is intended to enhance border security and applies to all travelers including those from visa-exempt countries

Have you ever had a Termini Spritz? Well, you definitely should! It's a Hugo Spritz which is smacked and muddled mint leaves, a cup full of ice, 1/2 ounce of St. Germain liqueur, 4 ounces of Prosecco, and I love to add 1 ounce of Aperol, and 1/2 ounce of lemon lime soda or seltzer water. I like adding the Aperol because it reminds me of an Aperol Spritz, but the St. Germain liqueur, which is made from elderflower, similar to gin, tames the bitterness and makes a very refreshing and calming digestive on your tummy. In Italy, called an apéritif, typically drank before a meal to stimulate your appetite. And I call it a Termini Spritz, as this is my Italian family's last name.
