Aloha to all of you, :)
After operating our nature adventures for 25 years, we had to be on a mandatory "covid lockdown" here in Hawaii for almost two years. Now, we are extremely happy and excited to be back again since March 01st, and being able to show our beautiful island to our guests. If you could support our small business with a share, we would be eternally grateful!
You are welcome to call us at (808) 924-2473 or email us with any questions at [email protected]
Our office is open Monday-Friday from 6:45am to 6pm.

Mahalo Nui Loa! 🤗

An adorable young and talented dancer of Hawaii... :) Hula is the enchanting, storytelling art form of the Hawaiian Islands. It helps dancers connect to the Earth as the motions follow the words, and the words often prompt the dancer to emulate or embody the natural environment. The words are creating rich imagery of environmental elements ranging from volcanic activity to surf, winds, raindrops, mountains, plants and animals.

East-Oahu, Hawaii...
Manana, the larger island in the back, is popularly known as Rabbit Island. In the late 1880s John Cummins, the first owner of Waimanalo Plantation, released rabbits on the island and a colony of them survived for many years. The last of the rabbits were removed in the early 1970s.

We've spotted this sleeping beauty on the North Shore of Oahu... 😊😃
The Hawaiian monk seal is one of the most endangered species in the world. Being an apex predator in Hawaii, they are largely responsible for keeping their prey populations under control, ensuring that they do not increase to dangerous levels. Without them, the Hawaiian ecosystem would become disorganized and eventually unstable. Today, the Hawaiian monk seal is critically endangered and headed toward extinction. The overall population is declining, but the increase in the main Hawaiian Islands is promising for the future of the species.

What do you guys think the major threats are to these adorable creatures? There is one that you can not easily guess...

The sighting of a Hawaiian Black-necked Stilt is exciting and special because there aren’t many found in nature. Only a small population of this unique, endemic subspecies of the North and South American Black-necked Stilt remains in the Hawaiian islands.

Ever notice pineapples in Hawaii taste sweeter? There are 4 main categories of pineapples. In Hawaii, we grow mostly the Abacaxi species, which is high in sugar and low in acidity. They are quite fragile and ship poorly. Therefore, eat as much as you can while you're here on the islands!
