The first session we talked about the Campania region, Caserta, Pompeii, the most important monuments to visit, the beautiful small villages around the cities, the food, and the right way to make a good Neapolitan pizza at home. We enjoyed "Chocolate salami" .
The second session we had fun during hands-on cooking class: Crostata al cioccolato filled with crema pasticcera all’arancia.
We made from scratch the Italian cocoa pasta frolla crust, and the delicious orange Pastry cream!
We gave to ours friends a “Sketch of Italy” and much more.
