This spacious downstairs 1350' villa is nestled in Port Royal and features 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths with a screened in porch that overlooks a tranquil lagoon/golf course view. There are grills and two pools for your enjoyment. The sofa in living room makes into a comfortable queen size bed.

Guests can enjoy one tee time per day for up to four players (cart fees only) on Port Royal Golf Course (36 holes), Shipyard Golf Course (27 holes), and Oyster Reef Golf Course (18 holes cart fee plus $20), and one hour reserved court time of tennis or pickleball per day at Port Royal Golf Course. Enjoy walking or biking on miles and miles of paved paths throughout Port Royal. Free shuttle service is a call away.

Completely keyless push button lock makes entry effortless. This villa is completely furnished. There is a master suite with a king size bed. Guest room has two twin beds which can easily be converted into a king by request. Washer/dryer included off of kitchen area.

The Westin Resort provides amenities such as large outdoor pool and one indoor pool, towel service, spa, fitness center, gift shop, restaurants and bike rentals.
