Since we opened our doors in 1999, Jet Linx has aimed to build a private jet company with the best customer service in the industry. We started out by looking at how others in the private jet services industry interacted with their clientele, and for ways we thought we could do better. We saw that our competition tries to serve their clients from a distance, moving their fleet of planes around the
country from one central office. They focus more on efficiency than they do on customer service. With other private jet companies, clients will fly on different planes, and get new pilots each time, after chartering flights from third party terminals, through calls to that national office's 800 number. Their clients interact with them through staff that never get the chance to get to know them personally, without the face time necessary to build relationships. Without getting to know clients, they're not able to serve them like they could if they had developed a personal connection and wont see their needs served to the level that should be expected from an upscale service like this. To provide the industry's best customer service experience, we went a different direction. Instead of one national base, we set up our local bases that serve clients in-person, enabling us to oversee every aspect of the customer service experience up close. Flights are chartered by speaking with a local staff, will leave from a private terminal, and charter flights will be flown by a pilot you'll have the opportunity to get to know and trust. At every stage of the process, our focus is to bring the best, personalized customer service experience to every client with a need for private jet service.
