The ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) is the very highest level of pilot certificate and a huge accomplishment. He's also promoted to Captain in our Pilatus PC12. Richard brings many years of flight experience to our team and we couldn't be more proud to have him onboard flying our passengers.

We are excited to announce another Pilatus PC12 aircraft is joining our charter fleet. This beautiful aircraft has an 8 passenger seat configuration and is based at Danville-Boyle County Airport. More details to follow and we can't wait to welcome to passengers onboard soon!

Air Charter Sales & Dispatch Specialist (Full Time)

The primary purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to charter clients and prospects, deliver quotes, and manage all aspects of charter flights from initial enquiry to post-flight support.

We’re seeking an individual to join our small team, and while aviation industry experience is beneficial, it’s your approach and attitude that matter most. Excellent phone and professional email communication are essential.

Duties and responsibilities:
-Provide air charter quotes, share itineraries and pre & post flight documentation to clients
-Actively scan charter bid boards for potential trips
-Assist with all flight planning needs for clients and pilots (ground transportation, catering, customs & immigration, hotel & rental car bookings)
-Assistance with expenses and flight log record keeping

Key Competences:
-Excellent communication skills (email & phone)
-Ability to work under pressure and in a demanding environment

We are seeking someone eager to learn and welcome your enthusiasm and people skills. This will be a full-time position, 40hrs per week based at Danville Boyle County Airport, KY. Competitive salary based on experience.
