Lion hunting baboons

So interesting to watch this scene develop. Several panicked baboons were trying to escape from 4 lions who had scared them all up into a tree. When most of them had escaped, these two baboons you see off to the left were left behind. The lions chased them into the trees, then climbed the trees to try and have a snack. Our final road crossing of the day. It’s been a wonderful 2 days here in Amboseli. Tomorrow we move on to Samburu, but we have one last quick game drive to the airstrip for our flight in the morning…but I never discount these final opportunities…we’ve seen amazing things in the 15 minute drive to the airstrip.
