As a travel agent for the last 8 years, I always hear, why use a travel agent. You can do it yourself. Of course, you can, yet navigating websites, apps, pricing and marketing ploys, is not easy. And can be very confusing. What is your time worth? Do you have the same tools available to you that a travel agent has? If there is a problem, do you want to try to solve that problem alone? But what is really surprising suppliers would actually prefer you use a travel agent. Yes they do, why because they know the TA will do all the work making your experience a smooth experience and possibly becoming a frequent customer. USE a travel agent!
