Secluded Cabin in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom Located in the heart of the Northeast Kingdom, we’re offering a comfortable cabin in the woods.

We are looking for a long-term cleaner. The house is a 1,700 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 2 bath A-frame log cabin with enclosed and open porches.

Requirements:
- punctuality
- professionalism
- good references (preferably 2-3)

Dear Past/Future Guests,

We hope you and your families are staying safe and positive during this difficult time.

In response to the pandemic, we wanted to update you on some new information for future stays at our property.

Since opening back up to out-of-state bookings on June 15th, our cleaner is working with enhanced cleaning guidelines to make certain our place is clean and disinfected between all our stays.

As a special note to out-of-state travelers - you are welcome to visit Vermont so long as you meet the requirements listed in the Certificate of Compliance prior to your stay and sign the the legally binding document to confirm that you do not have Covid 19 and have been quarantining in your residence for 14 days, minus essential travel.

Do you know why leaves change colour in the fall?

As the days get colder and darker, the trees sense that they have to start conserving energy for the winter ahead! With less light, chlorophyll (the pigment that makes leaves green) that is produced during photosynthesis starts to fade. However, some sugars are still trapped in the leaf from photosynthesis, turning them a range of colours from brilliant crimson reds to golden yellows and bright oranges!
