FOOD on board is fantastic — not your typical cruise food. This is most certainly a culinary cruise. They really focus on using the best local Nordic ingredients to feature Nordic cuisine. If you’re a foodie, you will love it.
Everything we ate on the cruise (& in Svalbard) was delicious, but honestly my favorite things to eat this entire trip were soups & bread & potatoes 😂 I’m such a soup girl and Norwegians have got soup & bread DOWN.
