Came across this yesterday on our trip to Epcot for the Festival of the Arts. I've known about some of these activities such as the Kidcot Fun Stops but the Ducktales was a new one for me. I love that they also listed where you can find Character Greetings. A fun thing to do with kids when visiting Epcot.

One of my favorite things to do at the Festival of the Arts at Epcot is the paint-by-number murals. The Expression Section of the festival has been a staple since the inception of the festival back in 2017. The festival runs from January 17 to February 24. Don't miss it!
My youngest daughter is a huge fan of Figment so we always have to make sure we go when Figment will be in the mural. Some of the pictures are from 2018 when a group of teacher friends went to the Festival together. Great memories!

First proposed in 1963 by French artist Robert Filliou, this day is meant to commemorate the birth of art.
What a perfect segue into the International Festival of the Arts starting at Epcot today.
This festival will run from January 17 to February 24.

Happy Birthday Space Mountain!
This iconic ride turns 50 today!

I remember the first time I rode this, I was ...ummm, let's just say I was very young. My parents didn't know what this ride was, but gave it a try anyway. Well let's just say it was the last time my mom rode it and a very long time before my younger sister rode it again. Much different safety system back then than today. Back then you rode tandem with a seat belt around your waist for both of you.
Today it is still one of my favorites, especially around the holidays with the music and colors of the season.

National Sticker Day

One of my kids' favorite thing to do when they were younger on our trips to Disney World was to collect stickers.
One year after getting off what was then Splash Mountain, my girls were having a disagreement about who was the princess (the cast members had created a sash, scepter, and crown out of Mickey stickers near where you could purchase a picture of you on the ride) when my husband said he was the princess. The cast members quickly dubbed him the best princess and gifted him with the sash, scepter and crown. My girls were in stitches and to this day it is a fond memory we have of that day.

The Mickey Mouse sticker is the most popular but there are others to be had, ask cast members at different locations and you could have a nice collection of Disney stickers.

So yesterday I shared my family's big adventure this summer and I said that I hope to go somewhere on my next big adventure with hubby. Did anyone have an idea where that might be?

If you guessed Antarctica, then you are correct. National Geographic Expeditions has some amazing trips to place like Antarctica, Africa, Europe, etc.

Here's hoping I can make my dream come true.
