Happy Veterans Day - a few different parties with various dishes we made over the weekend. Special veteran cookies, Butternut squash with an apple compote, Chilean sea bass with autumn vegetable risotto, ravioli with crispy sage and brown butter,frisée salad, chocolate mousse cake.
