Playing in the river is one of the best things about River View Cabin in the summer months.
This part of the Skykomish River has milder current, and it is private because the only persons who have access to this part of the river are those who have properties on this part of the river, and one end is a waterfall and the other end is rapids. You may see another boat, probably not. A sweet relaxing getaway feeling. Bring an inflatable boat or a small kayak to explore this almost 1/10-mile part of the river. Fish from your boat, watch fish and birds from your boat, explore the undeveloped national forest on the other side of the river.
