Hello everyone, I created this qigong-inspired retreat to share what is so healing and beautiful about the environment of Costa Rica with Follow Me Libellula Excursions. I want to share what it’s like to stay in a seaside jungle villa in Guanacaste awaking to the sound of Howler Monkeys and nature.
You would arrive in Liberia International airport in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. You then would be whisked off to the tropical beaches and the seaside jungle. You will learn qigong movement for self-healing and venture out to waterfalls, volcanos and rainforests. Return home with skills to maintain health & longevity, while relishing in memories to last a lifetime.
