Welcome to Beach Haven! This updated, 1 bedroom 1 bath unit is cozy and colorful all in one. The living room couch and oversized chair both convert to additional pull out bedding to comfortably fit the whole family! The master bedroom features a King bed and the bath a spacious, walk-in shower. The condo is complete with a laundry closet, full kitchen and dining area, living room and porch perfect for your morning coffee and enjoying the beach air. The kitchen features a 4 seater table as well as a breakfast bar with additional seating for 2. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need to enjoy meals with family and friends. The unit also features 2, large, flat screen TVs in both the master bedroom and living room to suit all of your entertaining needs.

Guests have access to 1 parking spot in the gated, underground lot. When you arrive, luggage carts and trolleys will ease your check-in experience. You will notice, an icemaker is located on the 1st floor. 2 ice buckets can be found on top of the refrigerator in the condo for your use.

Blu Caribbean located at Gulf Place is a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath 2nd floor unit with hall bunks. This unit is beautifully decorated with art from local artists and overlooks the pool and hot tub. Restaurants, shops and entertainment are just a few steps away. The beach access is just across the street.

As you walk into this lovely condo, there is a comfortable king bed in the bedroom with black-out curtains and flat screen TV. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower and offers access from the bedroom and the hall. Next you will notice the quaint twin bunks built in to the hallway. And then, you will enter the brightly colored living area with cozy chair and inviting couch, large flat screen TV, dining table with 4 chairs and the updated, well stocked kitchen will be to the right. We are filling up fast but we have a few winter rentals. Our houses in Destin are available for full months and our 2 bedroom condos at Beachside villas are also available. We have 2 openings available. One for weekends and evenings and one for work days from 8 to 5. Primarily to answer e-mails and phones from potential renters for vacation rental, We also handle coordination of our team in Florida for cleaning, maintenance and inspections. The area we serve is wonderful condo's along the beach in South Walton on Highway 30A and Destin for about 25 properties.

Th company has been in business 18 years. We work out of our homes in the Hoover and 280 area south of town. We want someone to be available for 2 or 3 weekdays from 8-5 to answer the telephone and review the internet for customers that call or e-mail to book our condos. We are also looking for someone who can answer phones on the weekend and some evening from 5pm to 9pm. So for that job you could have an full time job and earn extra money on nights and weekends.

You must have a smart phone and a computer. We would prefer someone who has experience working in an office or professional background.

Do you vacation in Destin or South Walton 30a. It will be helpful if you know the rental area and have vacationed where your knowledge of locations and attractions helps our business.

We will train you but you will have to come to our houses for some of that training so living over the mountain is a must. We want someone with a professional attitude and a happy disposition to this fun and growing business.

Please send a brief resume and note explaining why this job would be perfect for you and your background. You must have work experience and college course work or a degree is a plus.

The work provides flexibility to be "on call" some days or weekends and other times not to be on call.

Looking for honest, dependable people with good people skills that fit our business.

Why is our water so Emerald Green in color? The combination of pure white quartz sand, sunlight, along with the other main ingredient - chlorophyll from naturally occurring microscopic plankton. Combined them together and we get the emerald green color. Natures masterpiece!
