GUARANTEED INTERVIEW ON AUG. 8TH 12-2PM, 5-7PM

Reports to:

Assistant Vice President of Collections

Primary Duties:

Manage Portfolio/ Track and Review Loss accounts
Build rapport with current customers
Establish benchmarks and goals for their individual portfolio
Collect delinquent accounts from 10-89 days delinquent
Follow account handling requirements established by management
Review and process paperwork (Extensions, Loan Edits, Due Date Changes)
Review potential 90+ Loss accounts with their AVP

Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or the equivalent
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to use office equipment and computers
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Effective time management and ability to multi-task
Collection experience is preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements:

Work performed in an office setting

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position:

Oral Communication—the individual clearly identifies and expresses issues in positive or negative situations.
