I am having one last summer hurrah this week, enjoying a few days at Disneyland before our Magic Keys expire. This is a reminder that a good plan makes all the difference. In 4.5 hours we rode Incredicoaster (3x),Radiator Springs Racers, Guardians of the Galaxy, Toy Story, Grizzly River Run, and Little Mermaid. We also met Anger and talking Dug. They were both so much fun!

This is a shout out to my brave mama who does not enjoy thrill or water rides. She put on her brave face and rode Grizzly River Run, and MOSTLY liked it. 😉

Today we were invited to tour the newest dining concept on Royal Caribbean, the Royal Railway. Part dining experience, part theater, it's an immersive experience the whole family will enjoy. The adventure begins with tickets in your stateroom, your name on the sign, and then stepping aboard the train for a dinner you'll never forget. Each train seats 24 guests for a 5 course meal with interactive entertainment at various stages. The current theme is Wild West, but the idea will be expanded later with an Orient Express theme, the Polar Express, wine train through Napa, etc. It is going to be a big hit!

One of my favorite things about river cruising is the close proximity to land and the ever changing scenery. This morning's edition of "What's on the river?" Is sponsored by sheep.

This evening we toured the charming city of Grein, population 3000.. The gem of the town is the oldest continuously functioning theater in Austria, hosting performances since 1791. We were treated to a brief folklore show by local musicians. Fantastic!

We were going to sleep in a little today and not worry about park opening. But we just couldn't. Rope drop is in our blood, and this is why.

It's moments like these that keep me coming back to Disney. Passing the magic on to the next generation.

Why I always recommend arriving at the park 45 minutes early. One step ahead of the crowds.

Our Story

Lisa’s love for travel is rooted in the annual RV vacations she took with her family as a child. Through the course of those road trips, she experienced the thrill of exploring new destinations. She would spend hours perusing the maps and KOA guidebook, finding just the right place to camp each evening, and plotting out what to see and do along the way.

A little older now, Lisa still has a passion for travel. She has visited 37 states, 35 countries, and taken a dozen cruises. She loves learning more about herself and the world as she connects with the people and places she visits.

In 2009, Lisa transformed her passion in to a business of helping others. Dreams Delivered Travel was born, and has since helped hundreds of clients turn their "some day" in to "remember when".

Lisa is an Elite Cruise Counselor with CLIA, as well as a Signature Travel Expert. Committed to excellence in all aspects of business, she was the first travel agent in the country to be certified as a Verified Travel Advisor with ASTA. She has completed the highest level of training with many cruise lines, including Princess, Royal Caribbean, Disney, Celebrity, Uniworld, Viking and AmaWaterways.
