Squadrons and Shipmates Veteran's non-profit organization promoting cameraderie and communication among all carrier airmen We now have members from 21 carriers and airwings.

Squadrons and Shipmates was founded in 2009 to bring together the veteran airmen and sailors of two aircraft carriers, USS MIDWAY and USS FRANKLIN D ROOSEVELT. In 2016 membership eligibility was expanded to include all carriers and airwings from CV-1 to CVN-80 and CVE-55 to CVE-122. Reunions bring together old shipmates and families to share sea stories, share life experiences and tour interesting

locales, often including military and aviation-related venues. Dues are kept low and each individual can control his/her participation.
