My original fob plus a number were delayed by the USPS - they spent the time necessary to track it down all the way to tracking the individual carrier. We often get asked why we use the United States Postal Service instead of a private carrier. Not only does USPS offer great perks, such as delivering to a locked mailbox and free Saturday delivery, they also have the best track record with not permanently losing packages. "Great service!!! I had a key fob for my son's apartment duplicated by CloneMyKey. His key fob is used to open the entry door, apartment door, garage door as well as for using the elevator. At first, the duplicate key fob didn't work. Upon learning of this problem, Bryan took care of this issue and worked on solving the problem. After asking a couple of questions, he sent me one key fob and one key card to be tried. The key card was working, while the key fob wasn't. Upon knowing it, he solved the problem and sent me two different key fobs to be tried. Both of key fobs were working. I'm very happy with the result and with CloneMyKey customer service. "I made the mistake of trying to use one of CloneMyKey's competitors first. I ended up giving up my fob for a week and upon return with my keys, none of them worked. I followed up with them and was told that I likely had a "dual chip" fob that could not be replicated.

I then contacted CloneMyKey and described my fob key and they indicated that they believed it wouldn't be a problem to replicate. I overnighted my fob to them and the next day, received two follow up e-mails indicating that it had copied properly and described the extra steps they went through to verify that it worked as it should have. The next day, I had my original fob and all of my copies and they worked perfectly!!

I could not be happier with the process, price and communication throughout that CloneMyKey provided. Go here first!!"
