Konea 142 is the ONLY ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium home on the north end of the fabulous Honua Kai resort & spa, and it's the most private and quiet part of the resort yet the ground floor location is most convenient to reach the Viking BBQ grills, the adjacent pools, the adjacent Duke's Restaurant, the beach and ocean just past Duke's, the gym, the spa, the parking garage, and the food lot that's a golf shot away from Konea 142's YARD (yes you get a large yard and garden right next to our covered lanai outdoor dining area. Konea 142 is mostly booked up through June but July 4th week is available and I've discounted all the calendar gap rates to $499 per night through June. Honua Kai is a top end 5 star resort located 1.4 miles north of Black Rock directly on Kaanapali Beach (aka Airport beach). The unit has a full kitchen, 11 foot high ceilings, and you've got to check on over 100 5 star reviews.
I also own and manage a gorgeously updated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome that is 200 feet from the ocean in the lovely Puamana gated community at the south end of Lahaina at 167-4 Pualei Drive. I spend much of the winter here because I love it but Lake Tahoe requires my presence in summer and since people are only starting to realize that Puamana still has the amazing vibe it always did - the demand is lower and its a great time to get a great deal. Open the ocean facing bedroom windows and be soothed to sleep by the sound of gently crashing waves. Your covered parking spot is right in front of 167-4's front door and you can borrow one of the foam surfboards stored there and walk about 500 feet to the surf break that's behind Puamana's gates.
