A look back at history is the theme this year at Your Compass Travel! We are so enjoying our stay and recommend this historic hotel as a nice stopover for an adventure. As we move through this Memorial Day weekend, please remember. So many are grieving the loss of a Soldier, Sailor, or Marine. It isn't just this weekend as we pause to put down the hotdogs, end the ball games, finalize our camp sites, or light the luminaries that we should remember. For some there is a daily reminder that a Loved one is gone, simply because they aren't there anymore. Please be cognizant of those who struggle daily to just remember a smile, a scent, or a voice. My community is immersed in a military presence, and blessed to have supportive groups that offer assistance to those who have lost their Loved one. Please consider joining a Wear Blue Run to Remember group in your area or inquire about how to start one. Maybe you don't run, but you can walk, you can join others in a circle of remembrance and speak the name of someone who served and perished doing so, can't you? Check out the Wear Blue site read a story about someone who perished in service and consider what you can do💙🇺🇸
