Lower level is the family - party - game watching zone! Lots of space to lounge, watch TV on the large smart screen with Bose sound bar. Table and chairs available for a board games, card games, a challenging puzzle and meals of course! There's a smaller, lower table for the kids too! 2 refrigerator/freezers, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and oven are available here in addition to the upper level kitchen. There is also a hand mixer and blender, as well as dishes, cups, glassware, silverware, pots, pans and utensils. Access to the outdoor patio, with a charcoal grill and seating here as well.
