Announcing The Dady Brothers’ 2017 Ireland Summer Tour!
July 15 – 25, 2017
Come join us for an exceptional tour! John & Joe have selected many of their favorite’s places throughout Ireland to visit and stay over the years along with several new places and they want to share with you this summer. Reserve your place now...both the 2016 and 2015 tours sold-out early!
Here is a brief preview of the Summer itinerary:
July 15th – Overnight Travel to Ireland
Depart the U.S. tonight aboard your jet to the Emerald Isle. Dinner will be served shortly after take-off, so you can sit back and relax or enjoy a movie.
July 16th – Arrive in Dublin
Céad Mile Fáilte! One hundred thousand welcomes! After clearing customs and getting your luggage, we’ll meet everyone in the Baggage Claim area before you board your deluxe motor coach and meet our Driver/Guide, Peter Clarke.
Depending on when we arrive, we’ll be stopping to refresh ourselves with either breakfast or lunch. Then you’ll enjoy a panoramic Tour of Dublin until we check into our hotel. The hotel is in a great central location so that you can get out and walk to many of the attractions from the hotel on your free afternoon. We’ll enjoy a welcome reception followed by dinner this evening.

July 17th – Kilmainhain Gaol (Jail) to Guinness Storehouse
This morning after breakfast, you’re headed to Kilmainhain Gaol prison for a tour. Kilmainhain Gaol held some of the most famous political and military leaders in Irish history, such as Robert Emmett, Charles Stewart Parnell, the 1916 Rising leaders and Eamon de Valera.
Afterwards, you’ll drive to the Guinness Storehouse. The tour is filled with interactive experiences to educate us on the history of Guinness. It’s been said to be one of Ireland’s top attractions!

July 18th - Armagh
Leaving Dublin, you’ll drive towards Armagh for a panoramic tour then off to Fort Navan with Peter Makem. We’ll be stopping at the Makem Community & Arts Centre in Keady honoring Tommy Makem.

July 19th – Omagh to Donegal
Today, we’re headed to the Ulster America Folk Park in Omagh, County Tyrone. The museum tells the story of three centuries of Irish emigration. With over 30 exhibit buildings to explore, visitors embark on a journey that takes them from the thatched cottages of Ulster, on board a full scale emigrant sailing ship, to the log cabins of the American Frontier. With costumed guides to chat and traditional crafts to see, their historical story focuses on those who left in the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries.
• Breakfast, Dinner & Overnight – Solis Lough Eske Castle, Donegal
July 20th – Lough Eske Estate and Belleek China & Pottery
We’re off to Belleek for a tour of all the production areas. You’ll have time to visit their sales room and tea room if you like before we head back to the Castle for the afternoon.

July 21st – Drumcliff to Hennigan’s Heritage Centre to Westport
We leave Donegal and head to Drumcliff, Country Sligo for a visit to Yeats Gravesite. Later we’ll visit Hennigan’s Heritage Centre which has been preserved to showcase the heritage of life in the Mayo area, from farming, house and home, to jobs and work. At the heart of the centre is the thatched cottage built in the 1870’s. We then travel to Westport.
• Dinner & Overnight – Westport Plaza Hotel, Westport
July 22nd – From Westport to Connemara
After breakfast, we’ll be making our way to Connemara and Kylemore Abbey and the Victorian Gardens. The Benedictine nuns invite visitors to experience the Victorian atmosphere of the Abbey's restored rooms, miniature gothic church, head gardener’s house, and the garden boy’s house. Learn of the tales of tragedy and romance, the engineering initiatives, model farms, royal visits, and the Abbey's former role as a girl’s boarding school. Afterwards, we’ll be checking into the Renvyle House Hotel.
• Dinner & Overnight – Renvyle House Hotel, Connemara
July 23rd – Clifden
We’ll head to Clifden this morning a town on the coast of County Galway and because its Connemara's largest town, it is often referred to as "the Capital of Connemara". It is located on the Owenglin River where the river flows into Clifden Bay. You’ll have a chance to walk around the town and explore a little on our own. We’ll head back to Renvyle for you to enjoy some of the activities that the hotel offers, or a walk on the beach, and maybe do a little relaxing.

July 24th –Spiddle, the Cliffs of Moher to Bunratty
This morning we make our way towards Bunratty. We’ll be stopping at the Cliffs of Moher for you to see some of the most majestic cliffs in Ireland. Next, we’re headed to our hotel in Bunratty.
• Dinner & Overnight – Inn at Dromoland, Clare
July 25th – Depart Shannon, Ireland to the U.S.
We say our goodbyes as we board our coach for the Shannon airport

A few things to remember:
• You may not be aware that The Dady Brothers’ tours 2015 and 2016 sold out months before the deadline.
• If you are interested to joining the tour, don’t delay, especially, if you’re interested in single occupancy..
• All you need to hold your reservation is $250 per person
• The deposit of $250 at sign-up and your November 2nd payment of $500 are fully refundable until January 1, 2017
