This beach prep made all the difference for me; it allowed my body to be in tune with the movement of the wing and the best placement for my hands without having to think about it. This sand play strengthens the muscles I assure you you don’t use while kiting, only 10 minutes for a 3 days and next time you get in the water holly cow it made all the difference. Any tips or comments you have for me I love it, write it down here😉

Part of the sport, no biggie, hydrogen peroxide and liquid bandate and is like new, ready for the water tomorrow 😄
The water is warm and the wind is blowing, day five and next week maybe time to get winging 😉.

Back in Peru 🇵🇪
I arrived at 5:45 this morning all bags accounted for. I took an 8:10 am flight to Cusco after I left my kite bags.
Here in Cusco I am exploring new routes and new experiences for the spiritual Yoga journey Cusco 2023.
Creating new adventure journeys is what I love to do.
Next week I meet with

6 days of nonstop wind. This was last Thursday at the Red Sea, what a fabulous time, it is so amazing to travel, see and experience new spots, new everything. We met some wonderful people, now new friends, that we hope to keep in touch and see again.💜 picture- I am on a 5M SST depowerd and on fire, Gary is on a 6M perfectly powered 🥰💗
I should have brought the 4M!!!!

This week I planned to continue to do yoga every day… the wind was excellent and non stop, so I did my practice only a couple of times, enough to keep me mobile and that was ok too.
It was a different type adventure and it was fantastic. I am so glad I got to experience it and learn to jump with my excellent teacher Achmad 👏👏👏, from who put together the kite safari 👏👏👏👏👏💜 thank you so much Islam and Jonathan
