La casa più bella is more than just a luxury Villa "It is a beautiful and luxurious mansion (Suitable for 24 persons) located within walking distance of Palm Beach or Eagle beach. It is only a 5-minute walk from RIU Hotel and the pearl white beaches of Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, wonderful restaurants, casinos and much more. We are here to give you and your group a great stay that you'll never forget! Everything is negotiable. let us know your wishes. Feel free to ask us any questions that you might have, and please let us know where we can assist you. Whether you are coming with your friends, family, or guests for your wedding, we're sure that we can help you with anything that you might require.

This very modern luxury villa is divided into 7 luxury bedrooms, 4,5 luxury bathrooms. Both the ground floor and the first floor have a large living room. The LED lighting is programmable and the whole mansion has a black granite floor.

Various relax areas have been realized in the tropical garden at the rear of the luxury villa. There are wonderful sun beds by the pool and hot tub, beautiful gazebos with seating areas and lounge areas. The outside shower is equipped with hot water. There is also a large dining table and a large gas BBQ.

La casa più bella is completely fenced. At the front of the villa is a private parking space suitable for 6+ cars. The villa has an alarm system. The lounge music on the balcony, the sound of the waterfall from the pool, the sun and the wonderful atmosphere in this tropical garden are the perfect basis for a wonderful holiday in Aruba. Many of our guests return here for a great holiday.

Ground floor bedrooms The ground floor has 2 bedrooms with luxury bathrooms.

Bedroom 1: King Size bed, flat screen 65 Inch, luxury bathroom with shower, double sink and a toilet and a walk-in closet and a safe.

Bedroom 2: King Size bed, flat screen, luxury bathroom with bubble bath, shower, toilet and double sink.

1st floor If you take the spacious wide staircase you will reach the 2nd floor. You also have access here to the huge balcony of 90m2 at the front of the villa with a view of the sea and the hotel strip. There are several lounge sofas and chairs on the balcony.

On the 2nd floor you will find a large spacious living room located in the middle of this floor. The living room has a large leather seating area, flat screen, music system and pool table. Here are also the 5 bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms.

To the right of the living room is a hallway, in the hallway are the entrances to bedroom 3, the wardrobe for bedroom 3, the access to bedroom 4 and the access to the luxurious bathroom with whirlpool, shower, toilet and double sink.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom is located at the rear of the villa and has a view over the swimming pool. The bedroom has a King Size bed, flat screen and a safe.

Bedroom 4: This bedroom is located at the front of the villa and has access to the large balcony overlooking the sea and hotel strip. The bedroom has a King Size bed, double sofa bed, wardrobe, flat screen and a safe.

To the left of the living room there is a hall, in the hall are the access to bedroom 5, the wardrobe for bedroom 6, the access to bedroom 6 and the access to the luxurious bathroom with whirlpool, shower, toilet, bidet and double sink.

Bedroom 5: This bedroom is located at the front of the villa and has access to the large balcony overlooking the sea and hotel strip. The bedroom has a King Size bed, double sofa bed, clothes cupboard, flat screen and a safe.

Bedroom 6: This bedroom is located at the rear of the villa and has a view over the swimming pool. The bedroom has a King Size bed, flat screen and a safe.

Bedroom 7: This bedroom is also located at the front of the villa and has no access to the balcony. The bedroom has 2 bunk beds and 2 clothing cupboards. There are also 4 folding beds available that can be used as an extra bed in each of the bedrooms you want. There are also two cots and two highchairs for the little ones.

The large balcony From the balcony you look out over the sea and the hotel strip and there are some lounge sets.

Enjoy the tropical breeze during the sunset.
