Our Story
Quality Sewing & Vacuum Centers have been committed to your sewing and vacuum needs since 1985. We started with one retail location in the Seattle area specializing in sewing machines and vacuum cleaners. Over the last 30 years we have grown to 14 locations in Washington State and an online store, www.QualitySewing.com.
We have had a simple plan – to give each customer great service every time they visit one or our 14 locations or shop online at www.QualitySewing.com. Our Friendly Staff is committed to offering you quality products, expert technical service and hands-on instruction to help make sewing fun for you. We value your business and believe your decision to purchase from us is just the beginning of our relationship with you. We support you with our state-of-the-art service center for the maintenance and repair of your sewing machines, free training classes on how to use your machine, hand-on creative classes for all skill levels and our inspirational Sew Fun seminars every month.
Giving back to the community is important to us & educating people on sewing is a big part of how we do that. That’s why we extend our sewing fun beyond our stores. We support sewing education in the Northwest by underwriting fabulous sewing programs on KBTC public television. We also support sewing education in local fabric and quilting stores by supplying their classrooms with brand-new computerized sewing machines.
