High interest rates aren’t a reason to sit on the sidelines. Buying now could mean a lower purchase price and less competition. Rates can always be refinanced, but the purchase price can’t be changed.

We just wrapped up our first full year with Trailside and couldn’t be happier with the results! It takes about 12-18 months for a short-term rental to really hit its stride, but we had a strong Year 1. Out of all 193 STRs in the Pittsburg market, our little 3-bedroom, 1300 sq ft home ranked #18 in revenue!

We’ve spent the year learning from experts, partnering with the right people, and applying what we’ve learned. We’re looking forward to seeing what’s next for Trailside and our other properties! Who else could take or leave the inside of the house if the outside is amazing??? 🙋‍♀️

The wrap around couch and fire table is where our family found ourselves, multiple times every day. From sunrise (which is AMAZING) with a cup of coffee, to a book/nap session in the afternoon, and drinks around the fire at night, this was by far the go to spot.

Along with the couch and chairs on the deck, there is a large dining table, so the whole group can comfortably fit together any time of day! 🔥👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Next up is the bunk room AKA The Kite Room!

This house is perfect for families and kids, so we needed a fun place for the kids to retreat to at night. Aside from the photos of kites on the walls, your kiddos will wake up to the view of kites flying in "skylights" on the ceiling.

With double beds on the bottom bunks and twins on the top, this room can fit 6 kids for the ultimate cousin sleepovers! 🌈🔶
