For all 19 years of being in business, and 5 years before that while learning my trade, I’ve worked with Hoffmann Strobel Builders. They’ve built some truly amazing homes over the years. This one is a top 5 in the “WOW!” factor. I only snapped a few pics to maintain the customers privacy….but this lake house is exceptional.

(Oh, one more thing….my guys are REALLY good at what they do.)

Another warm and inviting home built by Hoffmann Strobel Builders that we had the pleasure of being a part of. With all of the natural light, there isn’t a dark area in this house!
We all REALLY have garage envy going on after seeing the area finished.

I’ve been doing Jim’s work for all 19 years I’ve been in business, and 5 years before that. His attention to detail is really what sets them apart from others. Look them up for your custom home build, they can do amazing things!

“Truss lift” was a problem for years on homes built in the 90’s and even into the early 2000’s. Vaulted and cathedral ceilings were notorious for cracking and leaving an unsightly corner, or a noticeable repair. We take a lot of pride in being able to repair these and make it blend in with your existing texture as seamlessly as humanly possible. If you have this issue and have been told it can’t be fixed….call us, it absolutely can be.

“Our house was built in the 80’s, so it is all sand texture. Can you match this texture?” quickly changes to “Wow! Thank you!” when we finish.

The bathroom was redone with a more contemporary skip trowel texture, but the kitchen, dining room ceiling and walls were blended to be less invasive and cost effective.

Next to kitchens, the bathroom is the second most remodeled room in a house. Old tubs come out, new shower modules go in, vanity changes, and sometimes just simply to update or change plumbing or electrical. After that is done, we put it all back together and make it look seamless.

Another all to familiar case of “we went with the cheaper guys, can you come and fix it now?” I asked the customer to put a piece of tape on areas that stuck out to them so I wouldn’t go too overboard on things that caught my eye. The pics are only 2 walls, but you can get the gist of it.

What you save initially, you spend in the end.

This one was fun! It was challenging to seamlessly blend the 2 ceilings into 1 after the dividing wall between the kitchen and formal dining room was removed. A large walk in pantry was added so, as the customer stated, “I can put the clutter in there and shut the door when company comes over”. Great plan!

Another fun project, 10’ ceilings throughout the main floor with a 12’ ceiling through the main body of the house and a 17’ tall cathedral. The master suite has one of the bigger walk-in closets we’ve seen in awhile.

Seeing the smiles on the faces of our customers, the “thank you’s”, and the relief we can see come over them as we wrap up water, fire or other disaster restorations is priceless.

When the owner walked in while we were wrapping this up, he smiled and said “Wow! It’s like it never happened!”

(I need to say it again, my guys are absolutely exceptional at their trade)

Another functional basement build out. This was actually more of a remodel, as the original basement was poorly done and had many corners cut. It’s now properly framed, insulated, and plastered. The customers are beyond happy with the project so far.
