Norwegian's policy was one of the most relaxed for non-alcoholic beverages out of all cruise lines. There weren't many limitations on what and how much you could bring on board. That's changing as of July 15 to being one of the stricter policies.

Last Friday, Norwegian Cruise Line sent an email out to many of its partners and customers informing them of a major change to the company's carry-on liquid policy.
