I am so sorry for the New Owners of Wild-Acres. A redwood tree took out the main house. God Bless you all - I am so glad everyone is safe. Big Hugs, Rebecca

So, I will eventually be shutting down this page :( Anyone, like the New Owners etc who want the pictures, may want to save them soon. Merry Christmas to everyone. I miss my Paradise in the Redwoods. But, it was time to move on.

We extended the Contingency Time Frame. In the meantime, have a UV System being installed on the Water Well. So, the 20th is when we will know if the Buyers are buying, and, we are leaving. (Or, if we are leaving before Summer or going back on MLS.)

John Deere still for sale. On Craig's List (Russian River area), potential Buyer of Property does not want it. Should only take a battery, rebuild the starter and a new fuel line. ($500/ish?) Could drive it out of here then! (3 extra buckets too!) Hate to see it go to scrap, has many years left of use. We are in contract. The wait time is 17 days for inspections. Our thought is to go on MLS with the Realtor we found, just in case. So, we will ready ourselves early next week to start taking back up offers. Spring is coming fast. The ferns are just popping up. John Deere Back Hoe is no longer a part of our property (because the client does not want it) We've got to start Craig's List Ads. We lowered the price of Wild Acres today. Zillow is also supposed to be corrected on square footage, and price per s.f. this week.
New price $579,000.00
House and Cabin s.f. 2240 combined (+/-) = $258.48 per s.f.
AND note, Zillow does not add the upper 2 acre parcel in to their 'zestimate'... Happy Hunting for your next Happy Place to live :)
