We were very impressed with the services we received from Celeste. From the very first call we had with her, she was very on point with everything. She was able to handle the booking of our 120+ guests and the transportation setup for our destination wedding we had at the Grand Palladium Resort and Spa in Montego Bay, Jamaica. She managed everything pre-trip, during the trip, and post-trip. She is a very detail-oriented and well-seasoned travel agent who knows what she is doing. She handled all the issues that our guests had very diligently, and all our guests were satisfied with her level of professionalism. She took away all the stress of coordinating everyone’s travel arrangements. The process was smooth and seamless, and she communicated all the updates to us in a timely manner.
