Experiencing Walt Disney World during the holidays is such a unique and extra magical time!

We experienced Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas party for the fist time! The highlights for us were riding Tiana’s Bayou Adventure twice back to back and watching the parade on Main Street!

There were moments when things did not go our way, so we pivoted and had a great time. Like riding Big Thunder Mountain Railroad during the fireworks to avoid the crowds and having a spectacular view without all the chaos! Or missing a show by seconds to then have a wondering meet and greet with Chewbacca and get an unexpected ride on Slinky Dog Dash.

Had a blast at Disneyland, Disney’s California Adventure, and at the Oogie Boogie Bash with my mom and sisters.

We flew into Long Beach airport which was a dream, had dinner and ice cream in Downtown Disney, and I even saw a good friend which made our time even sweeter.

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted! The summer has flown by! In addition to sports and dance, we spent a week in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina and a weekend in Wisconsin with family on the lake. Checkout some photos!

I’m super excited for more Disney trips this year!

Next month I’m going to Disneyland for a family girls trip! This will be my first time at California Adventure and my first trip back to Disneyland park since 2007. I’m excited for a few days with my mom and sisters at the Happiest Place on Earth and OG park. Plus, we are going to Oogie Boogie Bash!

In December, I’ll be spending several days at Walt Disney World to celebrate the holidays at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas party with my family. We will be staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge and Wilderness Lodge which are two of the best places to stay during the holidays.

I’m usually an early morning park girl, but I rejected rope drop this past trip and I’m so glad I did!

I showed up at Magic Kingdom at 3:30 pm after a morning flight out of Chicago. I booked genie plus lightning lanes and an Individual Lightning Lane throughout the day and took advantage of extended evening hours to complete 13 attractions in less than 8 hours!

Itinerary:
Arrived at 3:30
Saw half the parade
Took a photo
Peter Pan (genie plus)
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (genie plus)
Pirates of the Caribbean (genie plus)
Dole whip (5:00)
Haunted Mansion (genie plus)
Small World
Mickey’s Philharmagic
Long break at sleepy hollow for corn dogs (30 min)

Last stop: OHANA 🌸

Located at Disney’s Polynesian Village, Ohana is a fan favorite. I loved the wings, noodles, and bread pudding! The Lapu Lapu was so fun to drink and super yummy!

Highly recommend and it’s guaranteed you will not leave hungry!

Summer is coming and you need to go to Disney. Crowds are more moderate in the summer than they used to be and have lots of suggestions for beating the heat

Who goes to Disney without kids?! Me!!! And it was truly a relaxing and still magical experience.

We spent our rest day doing a mini bar crawl in the Magic Kingdom area and it was lots of fun.

Stop 1: Geyser Point at Wilderness Lodge
-Charcuterie Flatbread 🙌 and Black Cherry Mule ❤️❤️ these were so delicious and the ambiance of Wilderness Lodge cannot be beat! We even were able to take a boat to our next stop…..

Stop 2: Steakhouse 71 Lounge
-Got free champagne in honor of our birthdays 🎉🥳 and were able to get on the monorail from inside the resort!!

Stop 3…..before I share…which resort would you go to for dinner?!
