40 never looked or tasted so good!

is by far the best restaurant in California Wine Country and I want to thank and for the amazing treat. The level of hospitality, vibe, service, care, detail, innovation and fun that instills into every aspect of the experience is life changing.

The wine was absolutely amazing and to be enriched to such a pioneering producer(Who also shares my birthday!) for the first time I’ve ever been able to enjoy my birth year wine was very special and I want to thank the Dorfman Family and of course Maddie for the exquisite gift. It opened gracefully and enhanced the meal and experience throughout.

Also, to my great friend to allow us to start and finish the evening off in the perfect way with a delicious Champagne 🍾

Of course our entire visit would not have been complete without the stay and a special thanks to and the Bardessono team for the splendid experience.

Many thanks to all my friends and family and while the celebration was slightly premature it was one for the books and cheers to many more trips around Apollo! 🙏🙏

Sometimes a break day is nice in between wine touring days. A hidden gem in wine country is Armstrong Woods which has some of the tallest trees on Mother Earth. Our Ambassador Meyer captured a great shot of their majestic beauty on a recent tour! 🌲

Today’s tasting at a special wine shop trying single vineyard wines from Kamptal. We had a unanimous favorite winery whose wines we preferred the most out of the different producers. However we’ve found several we love over our time here in Austria and we look forward to trying more!

Hello from the Wachau (Pronounced Va-How) Valley in Austria. -
Predominatly white
varietals with a big focus on Grüner Veltliner followed by Riesling. Bright acidity and minerality with gorgeous scenery and wonderful hospitality all around. Cheers!

Before the official “See You Soon” is said leaving California and heading North to start another chapter in Willamette Valley we had to have another great meal with our team and family. The 05 was also a knockout and the food was wonderful at !

The PNW is amazing and with our recent free time we went to explore the wonderful city of Seattle WA. Got to see some great friends in their neighborhood, enjoy some out of this world cuisine and the highlight, especially for our 4yr old was the 😜😳

When NOT in Rome and exploring the German Wine Country, we highly recommend DOUBLE FI***NG DRC!! Side by side of 2017 Grands Échézeaux and 2017 Échézeaux. Then follow it up or down with a 2017 Corton to smooth out the evening. Cheers and Santé to some of the greatest wines on earth Domaine De La Romanée-Conti
