This is not an activity for beginners...we'll be skiing and riding in the woods, on natural, ungroomed, and surely variable snow conditions. Choose the partners in your group knowing that we will proceed at the pace of the slowest skier / rider. Your snowsports skills must be at least of an advanced intermediate skill level...CBU reserves the right to cancel tours if skill levels are not up to par

based upon our professional assessment...If you're not quite there yet, but you'd like to be able to participate when you are, we can help get you there with our "Ungroomed Survival Clinics", which are conducted at top secret fringe areas...contact us for more info. CBU provides the proper equipment to interface with your own boots and boards of choice:
Skiers will use our alpine touring inserts and climbing skins to turn your equipment into backcountry touring machines. Riders will be provided with snowshoes, or are welcome to use your own splitboard setup. We've been skiing these woods for decades, and know where to go...sign up soon! We will be brutally honest about the snow conditions, and will guarantee a challenge, but won't drag you out there if we wouldn't be going ourselves.
