From the beginning of your existence in this life you have been taught who you are, what you believe, what you are worth, what you can or can't do, what lifes rules are..... Who made those rules up, whose story are you living in, and how's it working for you? Often times abuse victims aren’t even aware that what they suffer is wrong because they have grown up in, or have become accustomed to a tox

ic lifestyle of verbal, emotional and/or physical manipulation and mistreatment, therefore commonly thinking, “That’s just how life is; These are just the things that happened; or, I was out of line and made him/her mad so I deserved what he/she did (or said) to me.” This is absolutely not true. It is a choice that we all make or don’t make according to our personal rules of ethics and the story we create. How we react to any situation is simply a reflection of how we see ourselves. Of course not everyone has suffered abuse such as mentioned above, but most of us have been exposed to adverse childhood (or adult) experiences that we have included in our personal story as though these events make us who we are or determines who we are capable of being and what we are able to accomplish. Our WYS workshops and conferences are hands on interactive programs inspired by the novel entitled: MEMOIRS of Alexandra Benton by JA Farrar. Based on true life events, and written with no motivated reason at the time (other than a way to alleviate and escape debilitating stress), “I found a new hope and surprise in my work as fiction became reality. I began meeting people I had created from my imagination and attracting Alexandra’s opportunities.”

In WYS workshops and conference programs, you have an opportunity to see a better side to who you may think you are and what you are capable of. The intent of this program is to promote self-realization, insight and inspiration. To motivate you and other participants to stop living in the stories that others have written for you and to write your own so you will rise above current circumstances (whether internal or external) and become the creator of the life you deserve and dream of. Our Goal: To create excitement, a desire, sense of urgency and a plan to rise above all that holds you back from being your best and to create a positive change in the world – One story at a time. If you are tired of living in the story that others have written for you and ready to create your own - WYS is where you want to be.
