Disney announced today that there will be some changes coming to their Disability Access Service (DAS) beginning on May 20, 2024.
Notable changes include:
đź’» DAS Enrollment approval will be valid for 120 day, up from the current 60 days.
🎢 Pre-arrival attraction selections will no longer be offered to every DAS guest by default.
📲 In-person registration will no longer be offered at in-park guest relations locations. All registration will occur via virtual chat.
đź©ş Disney cast members will work with Inspire Health Alliance health professionals to determine guest eligibility for DAS.
🚶‍♀️ A new "return to queue" process will be established to allow guests a way to leave the queue and then return, if needed. More information on that will be made available at a later date.
