This deadline has been pushed back a few times, but it’s unlikely to be delayed again—so if you don’t have a REAL ID yet, now’s the time to schedule an appointment!

If your travel date is coming up and you can’t get a REAL ID in time, don’t worry—a passport will work as well.

I recently had the opportunity to participate in a trip to Universal Orlando specifically focused on group travel. I’ve booked multiple school band trips to Universal Orlando and am working to expand that to include choirs, dance groups, educational clubs, and more!

We started things off with a private tour called Beyond the Adventure. This tour is the exact tour that groups can take when they’re at Universal. We learned about energy, literature, and saw the behind the scenes details about how they make rides like Spider-Man work. We may have also gotten to ride a couple of rides. 😉 The tour started before regular guests were able to enter the park, so we enjoyed having it all to ourselves for a bit!

Later, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Three Broomsticks in Hogsmeade (not included in the tour). While frozen butterbeer is my favorite, the hot version really hit the spot!!

During the trip I also got to meet with the various groups’ teams at Universal and had an excellent training session with them.

In between all of the learning and fun, I squeezed in some new-to-me dining options. I enjoyed a delicious dinner at Mythos and also tryed the chocolate old fashioned at Toothsome (holy smokes, it was good!).

Long story short, let’s chat about your next group trip. Not only do I have the experience of working with and booking large groups, but I’ve personally traveled on those trips (many eons ago) and am an expert in all things groups / theme parks!
