Disney Cruise Line has released many details about the new Disney Destiny ship this week. Below is a summary of what has been revealed:
❤️ The ship will begin sailing in November 2025 on 4 and 5 Night cruises from Fort Lauderdale to the Bahamas and Western Caribbean.
🤍 Castaway Club members can begin booking based on their tier on September 6, 2024, with the general public on September 12, 2024.
🖤 The Grand Hall will be themed after Black Panther
🍴Main Dining Rooms will include a musical dining experience at Pride Lands: Feast of the Lion King, a cinematic dining experience at Worlds of Marvel, and a sophisticated dining experience at 1923.
☕️ Two specialty walkup cafes will serve coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and snacks right off the Grand Hall: Cafe Megara and Cafe Merida.
🎤 Broadway-style shows will include: Frozen, A Musical Spectacular, Disney Seas the Adventure, and a yet-to-be-announced show.
🥂 Several themed lounges include:
👻 Haunted Mansion Parlor, inspired by the Haunted Mansion
🍸The Sanctum, a mystical lounge inspired by Doctor Strange
🏴‍☠️ Cask and Cannon, a pub inspired by Pirates of the Caribbean

✨Check out the beautiful deluxe studio at Disney’s Boardwalk Inn.
✔️Studios sleep 5 guests
✔️Have a small kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge
✔️Queen bed, Queen pull down bed, and a 5th sleeper
✔️The hotel side renovations are similar but they have two queen beds and a fifth sleeper instead of the pull down bed

Day 4️⃣ we get to board the Disney Dream! 🚢 Andrea Tirocchi was our driver to the port. We got to sit back and enjoy the city on the way to the port. Andrea was able to pull right up to the ship which was nice seeming some of us are over packers. (Que the music, 🎶 It’s Me, I’m the Problem) 🤣 Check in took less then 5 minutes and we headed on board to the beautiful Disney Dream 🚢 ☀️Enjoyed lunch at Cabana’s! 🚢Toured the ship. 🧳Dropped our carry ons in the room. Played Detective Game Enjoyed a game of Ping Pong Quick Muster Drill! Dance Party with Mickey and Friends during the Sail Away Party! Met our servers McKevin and Lucho! This is one of our favorite parts of sailing on a Disney ship. Your servers are with you each evening. Had a delicious dinner and than chatted with Cinderella. Perfect first day on the ship! Are you ready to sail! There is still time this year! #melindaherberttravel
