Meet the face behind the page!
My name’s Grace and I’ve known Moose for about 10 years now! After taking one of his workshops in highschool, he remained a close mentor, and now I get to work with him and teach women how to be strong and vigilant.
While we are starting our new initiative teaching workplace safety and educating businesses on awareness and avoidance, our mission is to encourage mental strength and vigilance, and to do what we can teach everyone how to stay safe in a dangerous world.
Excited to be a part of the team and looking forward to working with all of you!

We finally agreed in our group that most businesses can’t find time for a 2-3 hour training workshop! So, we will come to you and keep the session under 60 minutes! Call it your “Lunch & Learn or Power Hour”, but either way your staff and associates will be safer! 🫡🇺🇸
Stun and Run 💥
A misconception with self defense is that we have to stay and fight. Yes, we have to fight, but fight to give yourself the ability to get away.
The eyes are one of the most vulnerable parts of the body and can give you the time and space to run.

Thursday’s tip: keep your head on a swivel
We all have a right to be safe. Be aware and stay vigilant.

This news story occurred in Spokane, Washington this week, and is a great reminder that evil can strike anywhere at anytime! Protecting the innocent members, staff and children at churches, synagogues and faith based schools, is our primary focus at The Vigilance Group. God placed this on our heart in 2008, and we have not slowed down since! 💪🇺🇸✝️
Regardless of where you live, work or play, knowing how to stay safe in today’s world must be taught! This is simply a subject that can no longer be ignored.
Knowing how to stay safe in a dangerous world is a “learned behavior” that must be taught & practiced!
