This spacious three bedroom, two bathroom house with full basement and attached garage has plenty of safe storage for your bicycles, Nordic skis, canoe's and kayaks! Basement is set up for waxing your Nordic skis and we have some bikes and Nordic skis available for renters. If you are looking for posh, planning to party, smoke at all, do drugs or drink excessively, you'll have to find a different

place to rent. If you want a very quiet house in a nice established neighborhood to use as your home base while you paddle the rivers, bike, run, hike or ski the trails of Outdoor Magazine's top outside town, this is your place! Home is located less than a mile from Chester Bowl and Bagley which have both running and Nordic ski trails. Piedmont, Lester, and Hartley are within a few miles of the home and have Mountain bike trails, running, and Nordic skiing. Spirit Mountain, Jay Cooke State Park, and more are within 30 minutes of the retreat! Your hosts spend most of their free time on the numerous trails and bodies of water in the area and would love to share their knowledge with you to help you plan your excursions! Limit of 7 people, pets only upon approval in special cases with additional deposit. Minimum rental period of 5 days per the City of Duluth from June through September and 2 nights September through May. Rates vary depending upon time of year, call for details. Discounts given to certain Silent Sports groups and retired folks who want to play in this ginormous playground of Duluth. Because this is located in a well established residential area, quiet renters are required and this will be enforced by immediate removal if violated.

3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house a mile up from Lake Superior in the middle of Duluth! Attached garage, laundry, and more! We can legally hold 7 people and allow pets!
Duluth is expensive...it books up fast for summer...last weekend was our first open weekend since April !
We are VRBO and Airbnb...save fees and book directly instead AND an additional 10 percent!
NO SMOKERS ...No heavy drinking...no drugs...no parties sorry!!

Anyone want to come up to Duluth last minute to see the Christmas City of the North Parade and Bentelyville and the fireworks!? We have our FIRST opening since April! GREAT price too! 7 people and dogs ...but NO smokers please...

This weekend is looking like an amazing time to enjoy the warm spring before the cool down and rain. Perfect for renting an e-bike and cruising the paved trails of the DWP and Munger. These bikes fold down and can fit in a trunk, so if you want to take it with you to your favorite bikepath, you can! Trevor the Gnome approves.
