An extended family boarded Disney’s newest ship, the Wish, yesterday for a Bahamian cruise to Nassau and one of Disney’s private islands, Castaway Cay. A cruise is a fabulous journey for multiple families / generations traveling together because it offers a myriad of options for different interests and activity levels. Just announced today . . . Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 itineraries will release for booking in late June. If a Disney cruise is on your wish list, we would love to help you. I am sailing on my 15th(I think) cruise with Disney next month!

Another departure yesterday for a family to Costa Rica, one of our most popular destinations. We love when clients have 6-7 nights in country so that they can experience the rain forest, which is centrally located, as well as a beach location. These clients are staying at one of our favorite rain forest resorts, Nayara Tented Camp, and moving to another fabulous resort in Guanacaste, El Mangroove Hotel, Autograph Collection. My best advice for a trip to Costa Rica . . . book early! The best resorts sell out for spring break and winter holidays (especially the week between Christmas and New Year’s).

More Greece arrivals . . . parents are meeting their daughter who has been studying abroad. What a great opportunity for everyone! The parents will enjoy a day trip to Delphi prior to meeting their daughter to continue onto Santorini and then Paros. Family trip to Utah starts today for an amazing mom taking her sons on an adventure I hope they will always remember. They will go through the Narrows at Zion, enjoy a 4 x 4 adventure of the Arches, white water raft in Moab, and possibly stop by Bryce Canyon . . . so much to see and do, and we can’t wait to see their pictures. Congratulations class of 2024 and to our graduates arriving here to celebrate. We love helping our clients select the resort which offers what they envision. Many clients come to us asking about resorts they have seen on social media or online review sites . . . I often tell people that the resort which was great for your neighbor or cousin may not be a great fit for you. My advice is to think through the following questions and let a travel advisor assist you with suggestions:
🏖️ Do you prefer a large resort with multiple restaurants, pools, and activities or a boutique property which feels more intimate?
🏖️ Are waterslides important?
🏖️ Would you like to leave the property and explore?
🏖️ Do you place more importance on the beach or pools? Is swimming in the ocean important?
🏖️ Would you prefer an all inclusive resort?
🏖️ How important is the culinary experience?
🏖️ What is the maximum amount of time you’d accept for a transfer from the airport? Are you amenable to a boat transfer after your flight?
🏖️ Budget . . . some countries are generally less or more expensive than others, so having a budget for accommodations is important.

One of my favorite texts to receive from clients . . . the one that says they aren’t sure they want to return home and that they just might stay in paradise. When visiting Greece, you have many choices . . . which islands to visit and where to stay are typically the first decisions made. This summer, our clients will enjoy several nights of their Greece adventure on the island of Naxos, staying at the Naxian Utopia Luxury Villas in a 2 Bedroom Elegant Villa Sea view with a private pool and outdoor whirlpool bath. While in Naxos, they will hike with a guide and learn about the local rural life near the river where the local fruits grow. If you have not decided on a summer adventure, we can still plan Greece!

Clients departing for London today, and we could not be more thrilled about their accommodations at the newly opened Raffles London, a premiere address in one of my favorite cities.
