We are very excited to share that our Cottage was selected to be in a Traeger Grills advertising campaign! The shoot took a total of four days including one day "load in" and one day "load out." We had no idea how involved it all was, with a large professional refrigerator and a LOT of grills! Since there were so many people involved, we stayed away during the shoot. We are VERY excited to see the results! We look forward to sharing the results as soon as we get them!

Honestly, we were flattered that Traeger Grills chose us ( but we love the backyard view too!!)

Every year our family gets together to work on Tre Sorelle Cottage and Casita. As our children get older, friends come to to pitch in and help. It is important for us to invest every year to not only keep the house in great shape, but hopefully improve it to make for more amazing guest experiences. This year, we painted the house for the first time and it came out great! We also renewed the yard with new bark and granite. We refinished the farm table, planted some veggies and knocked off what seemed like an endless list of little things we noticed. In the end, we are proud of how the house looks for the coming season. We also shared in some much needed family time at our favorite gathering place!

So nice to go out into the yard and hear the birds. They are now feasting on the olives as they drop onto the bocce court. We encourage you to take clippings from the olive trees and use them in the house for fresh decor. Speaking of the Cottage, next year is starting to book up ..... have you reserved your stay? We would love to see you again!

Many changes happening at our Cottage that we are excited to share. During some covid related downtime we are taking advantage to do many updates. One recent project is to restore our salvaged slab cut farm table. We bought this from a craftsman up in Mendocino County when we first remodeled the house. The original finish didn't hold up as we would like, so we flipped the table and started over again with a varathane finish this time. We are excited to bring this magnificent piece of wood back to one of the highlights of the backyard. A few more coats to go and it will keep it's beauty for years to come!
