Hi everyone👋 my name is Joy, and I am the travel agent here at Imperial Travel. I have worked with some of you, but others, I have not, and some don't know we have a travel agent that builds individual itineraries, so I thought I would introduce myself!
We are experimenting with some unique small group offerings outside of the 'normal' tour route you are used to with Royal Tours. If these offerings are successful, we will strive to continue these offerings. 🙌
Without getting too technical, my travel agent offerings will be more unique and built more on an individualized basis and will therefore work a little different. For instance, while I can offer an estimated base price per person, some things are offering specific, such as the room category you choose, the supplier (different cruise lines include different parts at different points), and the packages you choose. Also, flights will not be included. I have to hit a certain number of deposits of bookings before my offerings are considered a group, so I build the tour package for the individual or couple and work on flights separately. I'm still here to make sure it all comes together 🤗
I hope that makes sense! I know change and doing things differently is awkward, but I strive to make things as simple as possible!
