Woven Bags and Pouches
Bear with me friends, this is my first try.
But I wanted to share these with more than the still shots. They are great little bags and sturdy since they are made from handwoven straps sewn together with linen thread. The factory has since closed, but operated in "our" time period.

These little pouches are so handy. Made of repurposed remnants, they can be worn on belt, or hung where most useful to you. My loom helper ( shown) is indispensable. Some are large enough for phones, small talismans,keys and cash.

These are a few sashes I have available in the approx 2" width. They are in more subdued tones.
This hemp and jute powderhorn strap is strong enough to be a gun sling and versatile enough to be a strap for a gourd or canteen.
It has a diamond and a floral pattern woven in and has chocolate deerskin ends and a hand cut thong.

This is a tobacco pouch. It is made of golden deerskin. The flap is beaded in black and red.
As you may see, a commercial tobacco pouch fits nicely. Alternately, a snack size ziplock bag fits nicely.
It is closed by a deerskin thong.
I made the first three trees this weekend. They are made with jute and wool on a wooden embroidery hoop. They can be accessorized with crystals for an amazing sun catcher or as wall decor, unadorned.
