The Veranda Bar/Aviston Family Restaurant is officially open!

The AFR is officially open on Wednesday June 19th. Our hours of operation are Sunday and Monday 6am-2pm. Tuesday-Saturday we are open from 6am-9pm for the restaurant. The bar is to be determined for an official date and hours. Us and the village of Aviston are working together to get the license as fast and safe as possible. We hope to see all of our beloved customers very soon-AFR!

Swimming in open water (lakes, rivers, etc.) is more difficult than in a pool. You can get exhausted in a short amount of time and get into trouble due to waves, current, lack of experience, or your abilities have decreased. Even good swimmers can drown so !

We got your weekend covered at Olde City this week. VonJonshon will be on the patio Saturday night from 7-11. And on Sunday, Kelly Perez will be on the patio from 2-6! Twelve Oaks Vineyard 5th Annual Fireworks!!!

We are just a couple weeks away from our annual July 4 celebration! We open at 3. We will have 5 delicious food trucks to choose from, fun music with Bangolicious from 5-9, and beautiful fireworks with accompanying patriotic music at dusk. Carlyle Lake Fireworks Spectacular June 29th!

Join us for the Fireworks Spectacular Saturday, June 29th! From 1:00-4:00 p.m. there will be beach volleyball and water safety games where participants will earn prizes. The fireworks will be shot off near Dam West from point one at dusk.

Parking will be available at Dam West Boat Ramp, Mariner's Village Resort, West Spillway, East Spillway, and Dam East Boat Ramp. Handicap parking will be at Dam West Boat Ramp and Lakeview Access. For any questions please contact the Carlyle Lake Project Office at (618) 594-2484.
