Is it just me, or are airport lounges getting swankier and swankier?

British Airways and American Airlines recently added a champagne bar to their lounge at JFK, and Delta is rolling out new lounges at NYC and Vegas airports.

I’m willing to bet we’ll see even more exciting things happening around the lounge experience at airports in 2025.

The reason I ask is that this is such an important piece of information for a travel advisor.

Do you like adventure and having lots of things to do all day? Or do you like a slow pace where you can focus on and immerse yourself in one thing? Do you like luxury accommodations, or are you willing to prioritize and spend on other aspects of the trip?

I, for example, am the type of traveler who likes lots of adventure but I want to decompress at the end of the day with relaxation or to take it slow and easy with no schedule or plans at all, and sometimes prioritize 5-star accommodations over everything else.
