We are a premier foundation repair and waterproofing company serving the tri-state area of WV, KY and OH. Entry level position available for an administrative support clerk/customer service representative. You will be the first point of contact for our prospective customers. The ideal candidate MUST have:

A personable phone presence
The ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
The ability to be Self-motivated and able to handle routine work with minimal supervision
The ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
Good typing and data entry skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and the Internet
The ability to LEARN Foundation/concrete repair process and language
Construction background preferred
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering calls, documenting and answering leads for projects, scheduling estimator appointments, coordinating and maintaining job files, assisting in the preparation of contracts with work scope and pricing, data entry.

Must pass a background check and drug test, possess a valid driver’s license.

BIG JOB we've been on last week and continuing this week! This house had major cracks in the basement that was causing the walls to bow inward due to hydrostatic pressure. We've now been able to get the walls back in place and will be installing sump pumps to pump water away from the house.

This gravel like component below is called Polystyrene gravel with flow channels. It allows more water to pass through and does not break down like or absorb water like most commonly used gravel. With the battle drain and the polystyrene gravel the water will flow down while other debris such as much can't pass through.
